what HAVE I been doing??
Today,Wednedsay 6/20...I should run like 10 mi. Its already 7 pm, giving me approx 1 hour for my stomach to settle before I bounce it up and down for 50,000 feet. We'll see how I feel.

Tuesday 6/19 biking-38 miles
Monday 6/18-off
Sunday6/17-1.5 km swim, 5 mi run. I got roped into running that one. I left for lab at 8 thinking Im going to "miss out" on running at 8:30 pm with Harish, Jack, etc. I got back at 9:30 pm and they havent left yet? Want to go? UGHHh.
Friday 6/15-1.5 km swim (pretty good).
It looks like I should run 10 mi today. But I have work to do. The fact my race is at the end of the summer scares me. Im scared I wont be able to finish it. Its ass long, approximately.
ass = 1.2 mile swim, 56? bike, 1/2 marathon.
If I dont go, the schedule tomorrow will include 1-10 mile run or 2-6 mile runs spaced out by several hours.

- I almost stepped on a skunk. It was ready to attack. It was dark so I didnt see it.
